I took my first yoga class in 2019 when I realized the stress of my job and everyday life was manifesting itself physically in my body. I had heard that yoga was calming and stress-reducing, but I had never imagined all of the other dynamics this beautiful practice holds - power, strength, surrender, and inner peace all in one. I fell in love with the movement and the sweat, but above all I fell in love with myself.
I received my RYT 200 hour certification through Hot Asana Yoga University and aspire to one day reach my RYT 500 hour as well. Through my teaching, I hope to promote self love, self- acceptance and worthiness - all of the things yoga has helped me find in myself.
